Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs, strengths, and challenges and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing your clinical skills and expertise to address complex emotional and behavioral issues.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to best serve clients.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, utilizing collaborative practices to discuss client progress and refine intervention strategies.

• Coordinate care with external agencies, such as medical providers, schools, and caseworkers, to promote holistic support for clients.

• Commit to upholding a high standard of confidentiality and ethical practice in line with California licensing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
