Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a range of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate talk therapy sessions that promote constructive self-reflection, coping techniques, and relational skills among clients.
\n
• Provide continuous monitoring of clients’ mental health status, ensuring adherence to treatment recommendations and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Document patient progress, symptomatology, and the effectiveness of interventions in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.
\n
• Generate comprehensive referral notes and other medical documentation to support ongoing patient care.
\n
• Maintain a warm, empathetic, and engaged demeanor to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client.

This role focuses on a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in transforming their lives and assisting them to achieve their personal mental health goals through collaborative and person-centered care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or a psychiatric setting, demonstrating adeptness in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations and understanding various cultural backgrounds related to mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• A comprehensive understanding of state and federal mental health regulations and ethical standards.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with complex trauma histories.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for delivering therapy in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, Access Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
