Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand client's needs and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate constructive self-reflection in clients, empowering them to adopt effective coping strategies and build supportive relationships.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary, while encouraging adherence to treatment recommendations.

• Document client sessions and treatment progress meticulously to track symptom changes and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

• Write detailed referral notes and provide appropriate documentation per healthcare regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain an empathetic and engaging approach in interactions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with an array of psychiatric conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is required.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, Access Healthcare offers the following benefits:
