Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients in need of specialty mental health services and develop appropriate referrals.

• Create relapse prevention plans for patients, emphasizing stable functioning and coping strategies.

• Monitor and coordinate behavioral health care services, ensuring connectivity with other treatment providers as needed, always maintaining patient consent.

• Document clinical progress and therapeutic interventions accurately in patient charts.
\n
• Offer educational resources to patients that promote self-management and participation in their recovery journeys.

• Contribute to the clinic's overall goals by providing insights and consulting with management regarding program outcomes and service improvements.

• Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will largely focus on a diverse patient population, including children, families, and individuals facing a spectrum of mental health issues, from mild anxiety and depression to complex psychosocial challenges. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
