Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed intake assessments to understand clients’ needs, history, and goals.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique factors affecting each client.

• Providing individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other proven therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management.

• Facilitating family and group therapy sessions, fostering safe environments for open discussions and collaborative healing.

• Collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care, linking clients with the right resources when necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and professional development initiatives to continually refine your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

• Adhering to ethical guidelines and managing client confidentiality to uphold trust and integrity in every client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a variety of mental health disturbances including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and other emotional challenges. You will support adults struggling with their mental health, guiding them towards recovery and improved daily functioning. This position allows you to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing your understanding and enriching your practice experience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Aura Therapy Center PLLC offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
