Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with Diamond Path Counseling, your daily activities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage client interaction, allowing participants to share experiences and learn from one another while promoting a supportive community.

• Providing individualized, empathetic counseling aimed at exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for their mental health journey.

• Collaborating closely with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, establishing clear, achievable goals.

• Monitoring client progress through ongoing assessments and regular feedback, ensuring we adapt our approaches to meet evolving needs.

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care to ensure integrated treatment approaches for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This client population often faces a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties, and requires a compassionate and skilled approach to treatment. You will have the opportunity to inspire hope and foster healing within this formative stage of their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid LPCC license in California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
