Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home. Our therapists work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach in all therapeutic processes.

• Conduct family, group, and individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to foster meaningful therapeutic progress.

• Keep accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with treatment standards, and oversee the development and review of discharge plans.

• Support program goals by actively participating in outcomes testing and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our counseling programs.

• Monitor program completion and discharge requirements, collaborating closely with clients and families on comprehensive disengagement strategies.

• Adhere to state laws regarding documentation, confidentiality, and reporting, ensuring compliance in conjunction with any relevant government agencies.

• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in your approach to client care, always fostering an empathetic and results-oriented practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Clarity and Care Counseling, you will primarily work with adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. The clients you will support may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficulties arising from significant life transitions. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe space for their exploration and healing while equipping families with the tools they need for effective support.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid California LPCC license.

• A solid commitment to facilitating client growth through a collaborative team approach.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in therapy, with hands-on experience conducting individual, group, and family sessions.

• A minimum of one year of experience in high acuity settings, such as intensive outpatient programs or residential facilities.

• Clear ability to successfully pass state background checks and drug testing as per organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
