Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their emotions and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
