Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations using a client-centered approach to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in individual and group settings.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and deliver holistic support to clients.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing unique emotional challenges. You will address various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse, helping clients navigate their personal journeys toward emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing clinical counseling services, specifically in outpatient settings.
