Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with industry regulations and internal standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance the efficacy of client evaluations and interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement proactive behavior support strategies.

• Engage actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, connecting them with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Foster open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with our organizational mission within the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies to identify partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance program delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending conferences, training, and meetings that pertain to your area of expertise.

• Support and promote the core values, philosophy, and principles of CenCal Mental Health Clinic through professional conduct and advocacy.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the holistic functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
