Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluating clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and therapeutic journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, helping them stabilize and identify coping strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and upholding ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
