Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Wellness Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and intake interviews to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific challenges and goals.

• Providing therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused modalities.

• Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless communication within multidisciplinary teams.

• Participating in regular case meetings with colleagues to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and collaborative care strategies.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, actively pursuing professional development opportunities and additional certifications when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of individuals from various walks of life encountering a range of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Wellness Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide:
