Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions suited to each client’s unique situation.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and client support, involving consultation with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
