This remote role allows for a flexible work-life balance while providing essential mental health services. Our telehealth facility means you can connect with clients from the comfort of your home or any location with internet access. We have operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, offering great scheduling flexibility for both clients and clinicians. There is also a supportive scheduling and client service team available to assist you, ensuring you can focus primarily on your clinical work.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insight Therapy, your fundamental role will encompass:

• Conducting trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and devise appropriate treatment approaches.

• Developing tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to empower clients in processing trauma and adopting effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for further support.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care, staying abreast of the latest research methodologies in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
