Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have a vital role in our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, implementing holistic and evidence-based treatment programs.
\n Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and build supportive relationships with peers.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling that enables clients to explore their emotions, identify and develop coping strategies, and create actionable development plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design tailored, goal-oriented treatment strategies that address their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate clients’ progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and successful outcomes for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
