Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and therapy sessions for clients, addressing a range of issues including relationship conflicts, emotional disorders, and family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and measuring progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Engage with families and coordinate care with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment and effective client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, receive feedback, and remain updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
