Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each patient, developing individualized treatment plans to address their specific conditions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential records that document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and monitor patients' medication management, ensuring treatment efficacy and safety.

• Utilize telehealth tools to deliver therapy sessions effectively, maintaining a high level of engagement and support for each patient attending remotely.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and the therapeutic processes involved, fostering improved treatment compliance and family support.

• Participate in regular case reviews, peer supervision sessions, and training workshops to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n
