Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments for clients, developing accurate and respectful evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family systems therapy.

• Maintain meticulous confidentiality of client records in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies, ensuring that sensitive information is protected.

• Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to track client progress, manage appointments, and document treatment plans efficiently.

• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation of clients’ needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront of therapy.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, referring clients to community resources or specialists when appropriate to enhance their support network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Clinical Therapist at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will work with a diverse caseload that spans various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in providing mental health assessments and therapy to clients of all ages, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in therapeutic interventions.

• Proven ability to maintain professional licensure and certifications throughout your tenure at Bon Ridge Wellness.
