This full-time position is a unique opportunity to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in a remote format. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, leveraging this information to create customized mindfulness protocols.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, incorporating mindfulness-based intervention methods such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), meditation, and breathing exercises aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional stability.

• Organize and conduct group workshops that explore mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, promoting communal learning and shared growth.

• Support clients in developing effective coping mechanisms, guiding them as they practice mindfulness techniques and engage in self-reflection throughout therapeutic sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facilitating effective treatment evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population that faces various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will tailor your interventions to address each individual’s specific needs and goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in mental health counseling, with at least two years of relevant work experience required.

• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to create a calming and supportive atmosphere for clients.
