This role is designed to be primarily remote, enabling you to connect with clients via virtual sessions while offering the convenience of outpatient care from our fully equipped office environment as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Implement strategies for crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and providing support to navigate immediate concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a wide array of individuals facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our clientele consists of adults and adolescents seeking therapy for both acute and chronic conditions, making it imperative for you to adapt your therapeutic approach to suit individual client needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated deep understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
