Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health concerns and formulate tailored treatment plans that are both evidence-based and individualized.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their mental health goals.

• Regularly collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure an integrated care approach, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients’ families, providing education and support to involve them in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes, adhering strictly to all regulatory and privacy standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT , or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building strong therapeutic relationships.
