Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, aimed at enhancing clients' mental health and overall well-being.

• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and life experiences, synthesizing their insights to foster personal growth and understanding.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and objectives, creating a roadmap to achieve their desired outcomes.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions thoroughly, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans leveraging a solution-focused approach grounded in best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in our integrated counseling platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, all of whom are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to engage meaningfully with clients who are committed to improving their mental health, while avoiding high-acuity cases. Our matching system aligns clients with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, fostering a productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, active license to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• It is essential to possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support clients in their journey.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
