Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth technology.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Implement interventions that address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders.

• Regularly evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to share their personal struggles and successes, enabling them to develop coping skills.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, providing referrals to psychiatrists or specialized care when needed.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
