Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique concerns, developing customized treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Utilize telehealth technology to ensure clients have a comfortable and confidential space during therapy sessions, facilitating effective communication and engagement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that support clients' holistic wellbeing.

• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions and training opportunities to remain informed on the latest best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in program development initiatives, offering creative input that can enhance our service offerings and improve the therapeutic experience.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential client records following ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent need, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing empathetic and client-centered therapeutic services.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with individuals experiencing emotional disturbances is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . Counselors working in this capacity are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, plus free access to the platform’s services as long as you remain an active member of our therapy team.
