Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, engaging individual adults in evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and counselors to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring holistic treatment for each client.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal-progress metrics to continually monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.

• Maintain up-to-date records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations and best practices in documentation.

• Participate in regular team consultations for support, fostering a culture of professional development and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. You will promote an understanding of each client’s personal history, strengths, and therapeutic goals, guiding them towards self-discovery and improved mental wellness. Your empathetic engagement will enable clients to feel safe and understood, crucial for effective therapy and relationship-building.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of California is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, allowing for effective client interaction and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
