Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that respect clients' cultural contexts.

Our practice primarily serves individuals from multicultural backgrounds, including minorities, LGBTQ+ clients, and those impacted by immigration issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A valid and current license in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, along with a strong commitment to cultural competence.

• Experience in delivering therapy interventions that are both inclusive and effective for diverse populations.

• Exceptional crisis management skills to help stabilize clients in vulnerable situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
