Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs, using evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that suit the individual goals and requirements of each client, ensuring techniques are tailored to their experiences and challenges.

• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to uphold patient confidentiality and safety.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to foster the highest standards of care delivery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues and available community resources.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and therapeutic methods, integrating new findings into practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and have differing needs, making cultural competence and empathy essential for success in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide mental health services.

• Proven ability to apply a variety of psychotherapy interventions and modalities effectively to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
