Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identify clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring safety and emotional support while formulating follow-up care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure your clients receive well-rounded and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pathways of Wisdom, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various challenges. Your clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. By cultivating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, you will enable them to openly explore their experiences, express emotions, and develop coping strategies that enhance their quality of life.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
