Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies affecting children and adolescents.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate the individual needs of your patients.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for each child or adolescent that take into account their developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and therapies to address an array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on the mental health needs of children and adolescents, providing support for a variety of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of child psychology and appreciate the unique dynamics involved in treating young patients. Qualifications\n

We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. We cannot accept associates licenses, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate mindset oriented towards a child-centered approach.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
