Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via telehealth platforms to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions creatively, adjusting approaches in real-time to help clients meet and exceed their treatment goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to company policies and state regulations.

• Manage a caseload that meets a minimum of 20 client visits per week, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills in a remote setting.

• Collaborate proactively with case managers, family members, healthcare professionals, and support networks to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and innovations in mental health care.

• Take on additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the operational success of the team and organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from different cultures and with varying life experiences will be critical. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of each client, coupled with the flexibility to adapt therapeutic techniques accordingly, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• At least three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting with proven success in delivering therapeutic services.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective teletherapy sessions and documentation.

• Strong commitment to serving a diverse client population within the scope of professional practice.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, utilizing technology to enhance client engagement and tracking progress.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
