Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering clinical mental health services to clients through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans that reflect clients’ needs and goals.

• Conducting ongoing assessments to accurately identify and address clients’ treatment needs.

• Educating clients on available community resources, advocating for their access to these services, and facilitating connections.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment sessions in accordance with state regulations and facility procedures to maintain accurate records.

This role focuses on supporting adults who may face challenges related to mental health illnesses, emphasizing stability and independence within the community. You will be interacting with diverse clients, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, requiring sensitivity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure from the appropriate state board as one of the following: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Autonomous practice capability without the need for supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on the current state license.
\n
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Reliable high-speed internet access for remote work.

Preferred Experience\n
