Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized assessment tools where appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Uplifting Behavioral System LLC, you will be working with a broad spectrum of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. You will provide culturally competent care that honors each client’s unique background and life experiences, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for new hires. Benefit options include:
