Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based care through an 8-week telehealth program, focusing on creating actionable treatment plans that enhance client well-being.

• Monitor client progress closely, ensuring regular follow-up communications to address any issues or concerns and coordinate necessary care.

• Document all session notes meticulously in our electronic health record system while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA standards.

• Actively participate as a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team to assist clients in accessing various resources, ensuring informed consent, and navigating discussions on care coordination.

• Identify high-risk situations effectively and utilize company protocols to manage safety concerns for clients, escalating issues with appropriate urgency.

• Engage in weekly supervision meetings, monthly team discussions, and organizational Town Halls to contribute to shared knowledge and team cohesion.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by consistently following HIPAA guidelines and ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, primarily consisting of adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress management issues. You will help empower them to develop meaningful coping mechanisms and a better understanding of their mental health through structured therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience and hours worked.
