Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions tailored to the specific needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
\n
• Facilitate and lead parent support groups while creating supportive therapeutic environments focused on critical issues such as placement and adoption for prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Administer developmental evaluations for children to determine their needs and create subsequent treatment plans.
\n
• Design and deliver training sessions for a variety of stakeholders including social workers, attorneys, judges, and educators, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues.

• Engage with clients in both individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on their collective dynamics and relational health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with couples and families, supporting them through various life transitions and challenges. This includes working with individuals facing relationship issues, parenting difficulties, and mental health disorders. The population served ranges from young children to adults, providing a rich tapestry of experiences and situations that enhance the learning environment for our therapists.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges between $120,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience.
