Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to promote healing and emotional growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety planning as required to address urgent client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
