This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and comfort while serving clients. You'll primarily work from home but will also have the opportunity to connect occasionally at our outpatient office in Federal Way. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and values of each client.

• Provide therapy to clients dealing with a variety of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication problems, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Create a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, cooperation, and open communication between patients and staff to enhance the therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and case managers to provide holistic care and ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Engage in proactive crisis intervention and immediate support for clients encountering urgent challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in specific areas like trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at River Counseling Center, you will work with a broad range of clients from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

River Counseling Center offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
