Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs.

• Coordinating care across various services to ensure clients receive holistic support.

• Consulting with multidisciplinary team members to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapeutic treatment that respects cultural and individual differences.

• Engaging with community agencies to facilitate resource access and support for clients.

• Documenting treatment plans and progress in accordance with established Medical Records policies.

• Participating in disposition planning and advocating for clients’ needs throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with adult and geriatric clients who present with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and relational issues. As we expand our services, you may also have the opportunity to work with child and adolescent populations. Your ability to develop effective therapeutic relationships will be paramount in fostering trust and facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Robust understanding of general theoretical and clinical frameworks applicable to therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with clients and create a safe space for therapeutic exploration.

• Proficiency in writing clear, comprehensive clinical notes and treatment summaries.

• Familiarity with social work ethics and a commitment to upholding a professional scope of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in managing diverse caseloads in outpatient settings, particularly with community health therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
