Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs to establish and modify comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy, ensuring therapeutic interventions are clinically appropriate and effective in facilitating symptom resolution.

• Engage in program planning and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, to enhance patient care.

• Act as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, leading discussions and activities that promote healing and recovery.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and in compliance with program standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain agency policies and ethical standards, ensuring both adherence to legal and professional guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
