Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while providing compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support for youth, addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• At least one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated skills in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy modalities.
