Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to design personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions while observing confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care, participating in case conferences and sharing insights from sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated with the latest in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health resources, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctorate degree is highly preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated teamwork skills in a healthcare environment.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
