Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to tailor mental health services to the needs of each client.

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors, care staff, and family members to provide updates on client progress and collaborative treatment planning.

• Develop and manage a schedule for individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring client engagement and attendance.
\n
• Coordinate virtual home visits and follow-ups to gather comprehensive insights and support client needs from various settings.

• Implement and monitor therapeutic plans effectively, making adjustments as necessary to meet client goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, discuss client progress, and strategize recommendations for ongoing care.

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly progress notes to document client evolution and treatment responses.

• Provide leadership in staff training to ensure all team members are proficient in the implementation of therapeutic strategies and documentation practices.

• Support clients beyond scheduled sessions through follow-up engagements as part of an ongoing commitment to their wellness.

• Act as a liaison with external mental health communities and resources to facilitate supportive relationships and client referrals.

Your client portfolio will include diverse populations, focusing primarily on individuals and families navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is essential.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
