Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, providing support and guidance to foster personal insight and behavioral change.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, managing case documentation and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
