Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a productive caseload, forming trusting relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, discussing treatment plans, and determining appropriate discharge when clients are ready.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adjusting these plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Document session notes, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best course of action.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and critical reflection on practice.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights, enhancing overall service quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Oregon.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in psychotherapy practices.

• Familiarity with tools such as RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email communication platforms, ensuring efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, enabling clinicians to receive payment ahead of collections with no wait for reimbursements. Additionally, we provide:
