Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families to understand their unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in regular training activities and professional development sessions to stay updated on current mental health trends, ethical practices, and advances in therapy methodologies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to provide input and gain diverse perspectives about treatment methods and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Proven ability in conducting assessments and creating customized treatment strategies.

• Strong technological proficiency, particularly in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients in an online setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
