Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Peer Support Behavioral Center, you will be expected to:

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, assess, and manage patients' mental health and psychosocial needs.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes focusing on diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments, providing recommendations to the care team regarding treatment plans.

• Deliver brief focus interventions for patients requiring mental health support in sharp alignment with established guidelines from the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

• Implement follow-up measures to evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
\n
• Work with vulnerable and “at risk” populations to develop proactive plans that facilitate healthier behaviors and emotional stability.

• Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to inform treatment methodologies.
\n
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication of patient needs and treatment updates to the multidisciplinary care team.

• Provide educational resources that empower patients to engage actively in their own mental health recovery.
\n
• Consult with clinic management and team members to enhance behavioral health services and program evaluation outcomes.

• Adhere to the professional Code of Ethical Conduct, maintaining integrity and ethical standards in patient care.

• Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to meet the health center's operational goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
