Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing to a holistic care model.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, performing essential diagnostic and functional evaluations, and provide recommendations for treatment goals to the primary care team.

• Deliver evidence-based, brief interventions aimed at immediate and long-term mental health improvement for patients in need.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies, assisting patients to maintain stable functioning throughout their treatment journey.

• Coordinating care includes linking with external treatment providers, with patient consent, to ensure a continuity of care across different services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
