Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards at all times.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall care and treatment of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in mental health research through attendance at workshops and training.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A robust understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
