Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect therapeutic goals and client preferences.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create holistic care plans and support clients in their recovery journeys.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mental health treatment.

You will primarily serve adults who may face a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
