Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments to identify client mental health needs, including creating clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client requirements.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to assist clients who experience emergencies and acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, potential treatment pathways, and useful community resources, advocating on behalf of client needs as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest practices and trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
