This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely while also providing opportunities for face-to-face interactions with clients within the Amarillo, Texas area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to facilitating healing and resilience through evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily catered to clients navigating trauma.

Work Environment\n

Our operational framework combines remote flexibility and outpatient services, allowing you to balance client care from your home office while also connecting with clients in-person as needed. We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, enabling varied scheduling with no required on-call duties. Each counselor is supported by a dedicated scheduling and client service team, ensuring that you can focus on providing quality care without administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and identify treatment options.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to aid in trauma recovery and bolster resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate client healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions that help clients process their traumas and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated, holistic care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate psychological assistance.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available coping mechanisms.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education activities focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Commit to staying updated on the latest research and developments within trauma therapy.

Our patient population comprises individuals seeking healing from trauma and a variety of mental health concerns. Ideal clients include those who may benefit from evidence-based treatment approaches, including traumatic stress responses, depression, anxiety, and other related disorders. The LPC will engage clients in a supportive and understanding manner, utilizing our holistic approach to address the unique challenges they face.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually , complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
